Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 30% of the service cost. This fee compensates for the reserved time and potential loss of income. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. This policy ensures that we can manage our schedule effectively and fairly. Rescheduling: We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
